GIDDIS was engaged to manage the early works component of the St Patricks Green retirement village development at Kogarah. The Project comprises 104 independent living units, as well as 92 residential care suites. GIDDIS managed from possession of the original site at St Patricks School, through the demolition, basement excavation, shoring and foundations, site infrastructure connections and ultimately handover to the incoming Principal Contractor.

GIDDIS worked in close collaboration with the developers, St Patricks Primary School and St Patricks Clergy who lived adjacent to the site.
