GIDDIS was engaged by MacLachlan Lister to provide senior project management services for their role out of over 60 social housing projects for Housing NSW under the economic stimulus plan.

GIDDIS Managed 20 sites with a combined project value of approximately $80M. This project included site appraisal, design management, DA preparation and approval under part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, tender process in accordance with Department of Commerce procurement rules, builder negotiations and engagement, construction supervision, superintendent role and handover management.

This was a fast paced role out which involved working simultaneously with a number of consultants, government representatives and builders. Initial site evaluation to commencement of construction including Development Approval was achieved in under 5 months for 20 projects.
