Bizconnect Australia engaged GIDDIS to manage an upgrade to series of existing Hyperscale Data Halls to meet new stringent SCEC Zone Certification requirements.  The project involved extensive demolition work through a live operational environment including construction of floor to roof level steel lined walls and full perimeter door hardware upgrade and securing of penetrations into the space whilst maintaining full operation and security to the data halls. The works also involved the installation and commissioning of a Class 5 Alarm.

Due to the confidential nature of these work GIDDIS delivered these works as Construction Manager including the procurement of all trade works and supervision.

This project was carried out in a live environment whilst maintaining the full operation of the data halls for this Fortune 500 tenant.
